Description | Train pass, Third class, three months, for travel between Westminster and Ealing, issued by District Railway, 1910. The pass is for Mr G.M. Handon (hand-written on front). Small map of Underground network printed inside in colours. The pass was originally within a specimen ticket album/folder but the whole album was in a very poor state and most of the example passes in the album were already represented in the museum collections, so just 5 were retained, this being one. The album came in to museum from LT Commercial Office in 1991 on day book number D: 000381 and was listed as no 19, titled 'Buff folder containing early Specimen Season Tickets' |
