Description
A three quarter portrait with front face of Colonel Sir Herbert Jekyll, Director of London Electric Railway Company (1912-1932), on large card mount. Jekyll wears a dark-coloured jacket with a suit and a patterned tie. There is a handwritten panel below the photograph that marks the highlights of his career. The mount also bears the signatures of Jekyll and the photographer Vandyk. There is a stamp of the photographer's logo on the back and the name of Jekyll was written underneath.
