Description
The 'Art for All' exhibition of London Transport artwork and posters held at the Victoria and Albert Museum, April - July 1949. The view shows framed poster artwork arranged chronologically on wall panels in a large gallery space. The poster artworks include 'No need to ask a policeman', by John Hassall, 1908 and 'Hello, did you come by Underground?' by Mabel Lucie Attwell, 1913.
