Tour information
Learn about the history of London transport as you take a tour round London Transport Museum’s Depot in Acton, west London. With a knowledgeable volunteer guide, see highlights from our collection, from historic vehicles, signs and maps to some unusual and unexpected items!
Discover the story of London’s public transport from its horse-drawn beginnings, taking in rare and unusual vehicles along the way, as well as pioneering engineering equipment, and a glimpse into our collection of transport signs.
All of our tours are aimed at an adult audience, but older children with a keen interest in transport or design may also enjoy them. Depot Discovery tours take approximately 2 hours.
