Main details

---|---|
Description | This leaflet details the proposed new Uxbridge Road Transit in west London. The plan is to operate a new transport link to run between Uxbridge and Shepherd's Bush, following the whole length of Uxbridge Road. The transit system will use the latest public transport vehicles: trams, articulated trolley buses or the latest diesel bus. The front cover shows the possible appearance of the new form of transit, and inside there are details of the proposed route, the advantages of developing the system, and the next stage of the project. The plan to create this new public transit link comes approximately 100 years after the London United Tramways operated a tramway service following the same route. |
