Form; order form for Christmas Hampers, issued by London Transport Catering, 1969

This is an order form for the 1969 Christmas Hamper Scheme organised by the London Transport Catering Service. The front cover features a drawing of a holly wreath incorporating the roundel symbol. Inside there is a choice of three different hampers priced £4, £6 and £8 and a list of the hampers' contents. The scheme was available to all employees. Payment could be spread over a period of 48 weeks, starting in January and finishing the first week of December.
